Statement Of Faith
Every strong faith community is built on truth the unshakable foundation of God’s Word. And while every believer’s story looks a little different, what unites us as Christians are the core beliefs that define who we are and Whose we are.
That’s what a Statement of Faith is all about. It’s not just a list of doctrines or theological points it’s a declaration of what we hold dear, what we stand on, and what shapes our daily walk with Jesus.
Let’s take a few moments to walk through our Statement of Faith together not as a checklist, but as a heartfelt reminder of what it means to live as daughters of the King.
We Believe in One True God
At the very heart of our faith is this simple truth: There is one God, and He alone is worthy of our worship.
He is the Creator of heaven and earth the Alpha and the Omega eternal, all-powerful, and unchanging.
But here’s the beautiful part: this same mighty God knows your name. He calls you His own. He’s not distant or detached; He’s personal, loving, and near.
We believe God reveals Himself to us in three persons the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit one God in perfect unity.
This mystery of the Trinity reminds us that God is both infinitely beyond us and intimately with us.
When we say we believe in God, we’re saying we believe in relationship a Father who loves us, a Savior who redeems us, and a Spirit who empowers us.
We Believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God
At the center of our faith stands Jesus Christ the Son of God, the Savior of the world, and the heartbeat of the Gospel.
We believe Jesus was fully God and fully human born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, and revealed the Father’s heart to humanity.
But the most important part?
He gave His life on the cross to pay for our sins.
John 3:16 says it best:
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
Through His death and resurrection, Jesus conquered sin and death once and for all. Because of Him, we’re no longer bound by guilt, shame, or fear we’re set free to live in grace, hope, and victory.
We believe Jesus is alive today, seated at the right hand of the Father, interceding for us. And one day, He will return to make all things new.
Our faith isn’t in a religion it’s in a person: Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
We Believe in the Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is God’s presence living in us our Comforter, Counselor, and Helper.
The moment we accept Christ, the Holy Spirit takes residence in our hearts, guiding us, convicting us, and transforming us from the inside out.
He gives us spiritual gifts, empowers us to serve, and helps us bear the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22–23).
The Holy Spirit isn’t a distant concept — He’s your daily companion. He reminds you that you’re never alone, even in your hardest moments.
When you don’t have the words to pray, He intercedes.
When you feel weak, He gives strength.
When you don’t know the way, He leads you in truth.
That’s the power and presence of God living in you.
We Believe in the Bible. God’s Word
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God timeless, trustworthy, and true.
Every word in Scripture carries the breath of God and reveals His heart for His people. It teaches us, corrects us, comforts us, and gives us direction for daily living.
Psalm 119:105 says,
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
The Bible isn’t just a book it’s God’s love letter to us. It tells the story of redemption, from Genesis to Revelation, pointing to Jesus every step of the way.
In a world filled with shifting opinions, the Word of God stands unshaken. It reminds us who we are and whose we are.
As women of faith, we believe in reading it, living it, and sharing it not out of obligation, but out of love for the One who wrote it.
We Believe in Salvation Through Grace
We believe salvation is a gift not something we can earn, but something we receive through faith.
Ephesians 2:8–9 reminds us:
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God not by works, so that no one can boast.”
No amount of good deeds or religious effort can make us right with God. It’s only through the finished work of Jesus on the cross that we are forgiven and made new.
When we confess our sins, believe in Jesus, and accept His gift of grace, we’re adopted into the family of God.
Salvation isn’t the end of the story it’s the beginning of a beautiful, lifelong journey of faith, guided by His love and mercy.
We Believe in the Church. The Body of Christ
We believe the Church isn’t just a building it’s the body of believers all over the world, united in Christ.
Every believer is a part of this body, each with unique gifts and callings designed to glorify God and serve others.
We believe in gathering together in person and online to worship, pray, study the Word, and encourage one another.
Hebrews 10:25 says,
“Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another.”
The Church is where we grow, where we serve, and where we find family. It’s where we remind each other of God’s truth and shine His love into the world.
Together, we’re stronger. Together, we’re His hands and feet on earth.
We Believe in Eternal Life
We believe that one day, Jesus will return not as the suffering Savior, but as the victorious King.
For those who believe in Him, there is eternal life a promise of unending joy, peace, and fellowship with God forever.
Revelation 21:4 paints a beautiful picture of what’s coming:
“He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
Heaven is not a fairytale it’s home. It’s the fulfillment of every promise and the final victory of love over sin.
This hope anchors our souls and reminds us to live each day with eternity in mind.
We Believe in Living Out Our Faith Daily
Faith isn’t just what we believe it’s how we live.
James 2:17 reminds us,
“Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.”
We believe true faith is reflected in how we love, serve, forgive, and walk in obedience to God’s Word.
That means showing grace when it’s hard, choosing kindness when it’s inconvenient, and standing firm in truth even when the world disagrees.
Our beliefs aren’t meant to sit quietly on a page they’re meant to shape who we are in our homes, workplaces, and communities.
Living out our faith daily means being the hands and feet of Jesus sharing His love, offering hope, and pointing others toward His light.
Why This Statement Matters
In a world full of confusion and compromise, having a clear Statement of Faith keeps us grounded.
It reminds us of the truth when culture shifts.
It keeps us anchored when life gets hard.
It unites us as sisters in Christ around what truly matters the Gospel.
When you know what you believe, you can stand firm with confidence and peace.
When you live what you believe, you shine His light for all to see.
And that’s what our faith is really about not just words, but a living, breathing relationship with the One who saved us.
In Summary
Our Statement of Faith isn’t a rulebook it’s a love story. It tells the story of a holy God who created us, a Savior who redeemed us, and a Spirit who walks with us daily.
It’s our foundation, our focus, and our calling.
We believe in God the Father, Jesus Christ His Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We believe the Bible is true, grace is real, and salvation is a gift.
We believe in the power of prayer, the beauty of the Church, and the promise of eternity.
And most of all we believe that through Jesus, we are loved, redeemed, and never alone.
“Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful.” Hebrews 10:23
