Yes, it’s absolutely okay to question your pastor’s teaching and in fact it’s a sign of spiritual maturity. God calls us to “test everything" hold fast what is good (1 Thessalonians 5:21). That means we’re responsible for making sure what we hear aligns with scripture. Pastors are human and can make mistakes or have different interpretations so it’s healthy to seek understanding rather than accept everything at face value.
