A christian way to handle stress begins with surrender and giving your worries to God instead of trying to carry them on your own. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us to “be anxious for nothing” but to bring everything to God through prayer and thanksgiving. When life feels overwhelming pause to pray, breathe deeply and remind yourself that God is still in control.
