Why does God sometimes feel silent in prayer?

Silence often means He’s working behind the scenes. Keep trusting, not doubting.

There are times when God seems silent in prayer and that can be deeply challenging but his silence doesn’t mean his absence. Sometimes God uses silence to strengthen our faith, teach us patience or draw us closer to him in trust. Just as a teacher is quiet during a test God may be allowing you to grow through stillness. His timing and ways are perfect even when we can’t see the full picture.
