We’re so thankful you’re here and truly appreciate your support for our christian community and shop. Every purchase, download, and membership helps us continue creating faith filled content, hosting our women’s forum, and offering resources that encourage hearts and spread God’s love.

Because we value transparency and kindness in every part of our ministry, we want you to know exactly how our refund and return process works. Please take a few moments to read through our Refund Policy below it explains how we handle physical products, digital products, donations, and memberships.

Physical Products

We want you to absolutely love what you order from us. Every item is made or selected with care, prayer, and attention to detail.

Here’s how our physical product orders work:

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Orders usually arrive 6–10 business days after fulfillment.

  • International Shipping: Orders shipped outside the U.S. may take 10–19 business days after fulfillment depending on your location and customs processing.

As soon as your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey right to your door.

Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

We currently do not offer refunds on physical products or digital products. However, we’re more than happy to provide store credit or an exchange if something isn’t quite right.

Here’s how it works:

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 6 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our customer care team will review it and gladly arrange for an exchange or issue you store credit to use toward a future purchase.

Because most of our items are printed or made to order, we’re unable to process traditional refunds but we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your experience.

Digital Products

Our digital products include things like:

  • Online courses

  • Ebooks

  • Printable resources

  • Downloadable devotionals and guides

Once these items are delivered electronically they can’t be “returned” which means we cannot offer refunds on digital purchases.

We know digital items are different from physical ones, so we make sure all our product descriptions are clear and detailed before you buy. If you have questions about a course or resource before purchasing, please feel free to email us we’re always happy to help you find the right fit.

Your digital downloads are yours to keep forever a lifetime resource to encourage your heart and strengthen your walk with Christ.

Donations

We are deeply grateful for every donation that supports this ministry.

Your generosity helps us maintain our christian women’s forum, create bible based resources, and continue serving women around the world with faith filled encouragement.

Because donations are used immediately toward ministry efforts all donations are non-refundable.

Every gift big or small makes a lasting difference. Thank you for partnering with us to share God’s love and hope through this ministry.

Forum Yearly Membership

When you join our Christian Women’s Forum, you’re becoming part of a beautiful online community of faith a place to grow, learn, and connect with other women who love Jesus.

To maintain the integrity and quality of this space, all membership fees are non-refundable.

Your yearly membership helps cover the cost of hosting, software, and community resources that keep our forum running smoothly. Once payment is processed, your membership grants you immediate access to all forum discussions, bible studies, and exclusive content.

Please note:

  • Memberships are billed annually.

  • You may cancel your renewal anytime, but the current membership fee is non-refundable once paid.

We’re committed to creating a safe, uplifting space for christian women and your support helps make that possible.

Payments

We use trusted, secure payment processors like PayPal and Stripe to handle all transactions safely and efficiently.

You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout, and your financial information is always protected through encrypted, secure processing.

Order Questions Or Issues

We know that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned like a lost package, a shipping delay, or a product that didn’t arrive as expected.

If you experience any problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue (and a photo if it’s a damaged or incorrect item)

As a small christian ministry every purchase and donation directly supports the work we do to encourage, equip, and uplift women in their walk with God.
